Subscribers will receive notification directly into your inbox about new painting releases about 7 days before they are published to my website. Original paintings are sold on first-come-first-serve basis. Once it is published to my site, the purchase is open to the public.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

I aim to please I put my utmost care in proper packaging your prints and painting to prevent damages, but if it should arrive damaged, you will have 7 days to request a refunds or exchanges on your prints. Please contact me if you receive a damaged product. I will require pictures of the damage and the original packaging as it arrived to you. The best way to reach me in this case would be by email, info@kellymacfineart.com

There are no refunds on original artworks or commission artworks once they are shipped, unless the piece arrives to you damaged by shipping, as stated above.

Deposits on commissions are non-refundable but can be used as a credit towards another print or original artwork by Kelly McEntegart Sheppard, should you wish to cancel your previously ordered commission within 14 days of ordering. The credit must be used within the same calendar year. The remaining balance owing on commission works is due prior to shipping. You will be notified by email of expected shipping date and receive an insured tracking number for your one-of-a-kind artwork.

IN STOCK ORIGINAL PAINTINGS – prep for shipping within 1-3 business days / then 5-14 business days delivery time in Canada and US. Shipping is free in Canada and US. For International orders, extra shipping fees will be applied and arranged via email communication. Transit times for international orders will be 15-20 days.

OPEN EDITION CANVAS PRINTS and PAPER PRINTS - Ships within 1-4 business days of order / then 7-14 days delivery time in Canada and US. Shipping is free within Canada and US. International orders will be charged a shipping fee, and arrangements will be made via email communication. Transit time for international orders will be 15 to 20 days.

LIMITED EDITION ARTIST EMBELISHED CANVAS PRINTS - Ships after your print creation is completed. Since each piece is made to order and individually unique, there is a 2 to 3 week wait period to complete your artwork. Shipping will take 7 to 14 business days within Canada and US. Free shipping withing Canada and US. For international orders, arrangements will be made vial email and extra shipping fees will apply. Transit for international orders normally takes 15 to 20 business days.

OVERSIZE CUSTOM ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: Due to shipping size restrictions imposed by the shipping carriers, canvases larger than 48x36" may incur "Oversized Shipping" rates. These rates will be discussed with you via email prior to submitting your order. Depending on the size of the piece and the shipping company, some larger works may need to be disassembled and shipped rolled with the stretcher bars separate, for you to get assembled and re-stretched at your local frame shop. EU VAT / Custom's Duties & Fees: The receiver is responsible for any customs / duty’s fees imposed by their country at the time of delivery. This fortunately is normally not the case, as "hand-painted, original, paintings" usually are not eligible for duties to be charged. However, please be aware that customs or duties fees are responsibility of the customer and I have no control of those fees.

The artist reserves the right to reproduce, use, and sell her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist, even after the sale of an original artwork. Any purchased artwork or displayed artwork and text from this site, may NOT be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of the artist, Kelly McEntegart Sheppard. The artist retains all copyright to artworks created by the artist.

PROPER ART INSTALLATION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER

To ensure the safe use of this artwork, it is important to properly secure and hang it on your wall. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the artwork is safely hung to avoid injury or damage to people or property.

Please consult with a local hardware specialist if you are unsure on how to securely hang this artwork. Due to many different types of materials used in home construction additional hardware, such as wall anchors, brackets, or hooks, may be necessary, to mount the artwork safely and securely to your wall. 

We caution against hanging this artwork above high overhanging areas with foot traffic that could be hazardous if the artwork falls. This may pose a risk to individuals and property.

If this artwork is incorrectly installed and falls from a high distance, it could potentially cause property damage, serious injury, or death. Therefore, it is important to take extra care when hanging this artwork and consult with a professional. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure it is safely hung/installed.

By purchasing and hanging this artwork, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with it’s use. The manufacturer and seller will not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of this artwork.
